Job Description

Responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and assisting in financial analysis within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, trial balance, and other relevant reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).

Trade and Transaction Processing:

Record and reconcile all trading transactions, ensuring accuracy in the financial records. Review trade invoices, and receipts to ensure correct processing of financial data

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection. Ensure accurate tracking of trading-related invoices, supplier payments, and customer collections.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure tax filings and documentation are accurate and submitted on time. Stay updated with tax regulations and help manage tax liabilities.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in accounting, preferably in a trading or finance-related environment. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and trade operations. Experience with accounting software Tally ERP Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
