Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Transactions:
Maintain and reconcile financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash.
Assist in invoice processing, expense claims, and transaction documentation.
Support preparation of monthly reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
Tax Compliance & GCC VAT:
Learn and assist in preparing
GCC-compliant VAT returns
.
Support internal and external audit preparation with accurate documentation.
Stay informed on
domestic and international tax laws
, and ensure branch-wise compliance.
Human Resources Management:
Assist in
recruitment
, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR records.
Support internal HR policy communication and compliance.
Contribute to employee engagement and team coordination.
Professional Representation & Corporate Presence:
Maintain a
professional appearance and positive attitude
in all interactions.
Represent the company at
corporate events, client visits, and training programs
.
Handle visitor coordination and event participation with grace and professionalism.
Operational Coordination:
Monitor and support HR and operations activities across
Dubai/Fujairah
Pathanamthitta, Kochi, Idukki
branches.
Coordinate inter-branch workflows and maintain proper communication channels.
Track workstation activities and report performance updates.
Reporting & Documentation:
Assist in generating regular financial reports.
Help with financial data entry, ledger accuracy, and cross-branch compliance reviews.
Prepare audit support documentation and internal reports.
Support HR data entry, file management, and reports generation.
Assist in preparing internal reports, checklists, and compliance trackers.
Coordinate HR-related audits and training documentation.
Branch Coordination & Travel:
Facilitate collaboration between
SBMS India, SBMS ME UAE
, and
Skillspark
teams.
Be open to
traveling or relocating to other branches
based on operational requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with tools like
Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books
is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
and reporting.
Well-groomed professional appearance
, polite communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to
travel or relocate
.
