Review and process logistics-related invoices (freight, customs, warehousing, transportation).
Monitor, track, and report on logistics costs and variances.
Prepare monthly reports and financial analysis on shipping, customs, warehousing, and transport expenditures.
Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure proper cost allocation.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain updated records of freight rates, customs duties, and logistics contracts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Provide insights to improve cost efficiency within the supply chain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environment.
Solid understanding of logistics processes and associated cost structures.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
