Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented, motivated, analytical

Accountant

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization's financial health through effective accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support audits, tax preparation, and compliance activities Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA or CPA certification preferred 5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [Ecommerce, FMCG, Tech-Startup, SaaS] Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Experience with financial reporting tools or the Odoo ERP system
