We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with the ability to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
Duties
Utilize accounting software such as Quicken for financial data management
Perform debits and credits entries accurately
Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare detailed financial reports for review
Demonstrate knowledge of securities law and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit)
Engage in general accounting tasks including account reconciliation
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff members
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial accounting principles
Experience in account reconciliation and analysis
Strong understanding of securities law and LIHTC regulations
Excellent skills in financial report writing
Ability to mentor and guide team members in accounting practices
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: AED500.00 per week
Expected hours: 42 per week
