Mr. Nice Drive Limousine is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in a limousine or transportation company
- Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
- Knowledge of accounting software specific to limousine operations (e.g., dispatching, driver commissions, trip logs)
- Expertise in reconciliation, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage monthly payroll, VAT filing, and budgeting
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Immediate availability to join is preferred
