Responsibilities for accountant, real estate

Act as associate level support to help motivate our disposition accounting Analysis of monthly financial statements Initiate monthly payments for debt service, owner distributions Calculation of monthly management fees and other fees Monthly general ledger account analysis and balance sheet account reconciliation Resolution of problems and issues as needed Responsible for cash management of assets including determination of what can be paid weekly Responsible for making all real estate tax and insurance payments timely to avoid late payments and penalties Research problems under the direction of the immediate supervisor as required Communicate with property owners and personnel as necessary
Qualifications for accountant, real estate

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain effective internal controls Work as a team player in evaluating and resolving discrepancies, as needed Calculate monthly property management fees Candidate must be enthusiastic, creative, flexible, have strong technical aptitude 3-5 years' progressive work experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant Reconciliation of bank accounts, Accounts receivable, prepaid rent, and security deposits

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
