Job Description

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

o Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. o Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue payments. o Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. o Process and record payments received, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance. o Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on aging receivables. o Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues. o Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable. o Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Requirements & Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. o Proven experience of 3 Years in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role. o Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). o Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. o Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: o Experience in construction industry. o Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance. o Advanced Excel skills.



Requirements

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field Experience: o 1 to 3 years of relevant experience o Work experience as an Accountant o Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, o Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks o Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables o Experience with general ledger functions o Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
