Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute financial audits and internal control assessments
Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements in processes and controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in auditing or accounting, preferably in real estate or property management in
UAE
Familiarity with real estate accounting, property audits, and lease compliance
Proficiency in accounting software ERP Tally
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
