Job Description

Fika Consultancy is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Work closely with other departments to streamline financial operations.



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a consultancy firm.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
