Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using
Tally Prime/ERP 9
.
Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
.
Handle bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
Manage
Inventory/Stock records
and reconcile with physical stock.
Monitor vendor payments and handle "netting" for vendors who are also customers.
Assist in VAT filing and compliance according to Qatar laws.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
of experience in the accounting field.
Software:
Must be an expert in
Tally
.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Location:
Must be currently in
Qatar
with a transferable visa/NOC.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Trading business workflows and Excel.
