Job Title: Accountant
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on daily accounting operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to management accurately and on time.
Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure financial liquidity and continuity.
Record and monitor revenues and expenses in accordance with approved financial policies.
Prepare and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Work on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and regularly update financial and operational data.
Ensure full compliance with approved financial and administrative policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency of reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and professional report preparation.
Strong ability to analyze financial data and generate insights.
Proven experience in using ERP systems efficiently.
High organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Commitment to professional confidentiality and ethical standards.
Must possess a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Open to Arab nationalities only.
