Job Title: Accountant

Location: Doha, Qatar



GramLean is a healthy food and lifestyle brand preparing for launch in Doha. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and support the business with accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance. Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoices, and payments Monitor costs, food cost percentages, and profit margins Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle payroll, expenses, and supplier payments Ensure VAT compliance and accurate tax filings (if applicable) Coordinate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Maintain proper financial records in line with local regulations Work closely with operations and procurement teams to control costs
Requirements

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory accounting Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Knowledge of local financial and tax regulations High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience working with restaurants, cafes, or food brands Experience in startup or growing businesses is a plus

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
