About the Company:

More Chocolates & Cafe is a premium chocolate brand and cafe recognized for its high-quality products, creativity, and dedication to excellence. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team and oversee the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, payments, and statements.

Handle payroll processing, supplier accounts, and expense tracking.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.

Prepare and submit tax records and reports on a daily basis, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with Qatari accounting standards and company policies.

Prepare financial summaries and management reports.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in F&B or retail).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax reporting, and financial compliance.

Ability to manage daily tax submissions accurately and efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Based in Qatar with a transferable visa.

Must be available to start immediately.

Work Schedule:

48 hours per week (one day off weekly).
