Key Responsibilities
Handle
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
transactions accurately and on time.
Prepare and analyze
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
.
Manage
bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer accounts
.
Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
Maintain and update the
ERP accounting system
ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor
cash flow, payment schedules, and receivables aging
.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure proper financial control.
Develop
dashboards and analytical reports
using
BI tools
to support business decisions.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in accounting in Qatar.
Strong experience with
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Proficiency in
Business Intelligence (BI) tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Advanced MS Office skills
- particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, financial modeling, macros).
Knowledge of
financial statements, cost control, and inventory accounting
.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
Experience working in a
distribution, trading, or FMCG
environment.
