Key Responsibilities


Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense monitoring. Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports for the jewellery division. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor petty cash, inventory, and purchase records. Prepare sales and expense reports for management review. Handle commission and incentive calculations for sales staff. Support management with financial summaries, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports. Ensure compliance with Qatar accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions. Provide administrative and financial assistance to the showroom team. Support the CEO and management with approvals, reporting, and documentation as needed.

Requirements


Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.

Experience




Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience in Qatar (preferably in retail, jewellery, or trading). Experience in incentive or commission reporting will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills




Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
