Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will be responsible for performing financial analysis, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role will involve liaising with auditors, preparing tax returns, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills Experience with accounts payable and receivable management Proficiency in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in preparing tax returns Strong understanding of compliance and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
