Responsible for managing financial operations related to contracting projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking, compliance with contract terms, and timely reporting to support project delivery and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor budgets for contracting projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
Track actual vs. projected expenses and provide variance analysis to project managers
Review and process supplier invoice, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoices
Ensure compliance with contract terms, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
Maintain accurate records of project-related transactions and prepare monthly financial reports
Support audits and financial reviews related to contract performance and billing
Manage accounts payable/receivable specific to contracting activities
Assist in preparing claims, change orders, and financial documentation for client billing
Bank reconciliation & fixed asset (FA) registration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting within a contracting or construction environment
Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost control, and contract compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
