Job Description

We are looking for an accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience in the field and previous experience in accounting systems such as Oddoo to work in the field of industry and sales and has a little knowledge about human resources .

Responsebility


Daily Accounting & Transactions .
Record daily journal entries for the factory and branches.
reconcile sales transactions (cash, credit card, and online payments).
Verify branch sales reports against POS system data.
Record bank deposits and fund transfers.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Record supplier invoices for raw materials (sugar, chocolate, flour, etc.).
Maintain accounts payable and schedule supplier payments.
Track stock transfers between factory and branches.
Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collections.
Validate sales invoices and coordinate with POS reports.
Prepare payroll entries and related deductions in coordination with HR in WPS .
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & revenue reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
