Job Description

The Role

Maintain and update general ledger accounts and records. oPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. oReconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. oAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. oEnsure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. oProcess journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial information. oMonitor accounts payable and receivable for accuracy and timeliness. oSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. oAnalyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions. oCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial data. oAssist with tax filings and regulatory reporting as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. oProven experience as an accountant or in a similar role (2-5 years preferred). oSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. oProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. oHigh attention to detail and organizational abilities. oGood communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: oCPA or equivalent certification is a plus. oKnowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations. oExperience with ERP systems.
