Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support internal and external audits
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of financial information
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll practices, compliance, and reporting
Proficient in accounting and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of tax laws, labor regulations, and audit processes
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications & Qualities:
Experience in trading, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany accounting
Skills in managing cash flow, budgeting, fixed assets, and improving financial controls
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or payroll-related credentials
Strong analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and reporting skills
Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
