Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Issue and manage invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
2. Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and service-oriented manner.
3. Enter data into company systems with precision and attention to detail.
4. Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
5. Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and updates.
6. Organize and maintain a clean, well-structured storage area.
7. Plan and schedule delivery routes and tasks in coordination with the driver.
8. Handle, review, and file daily delivery sheets and collection records.
9. Provide support to team members across different functions when required.
Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory check and submit an accurate report.
Key Expectations:
  • Submit daily reports to track task completion, highlight challenges, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful approach towards both customers and colleagues at all times.
