At least 2-5 years of experience in medium to large organization with adequate exposure to accounting & finance functions. Previous experience in similar capacity in an oil and gas industry
Knowledge of systems in a computerized business environment which includes knowledge and experience in MS Office packages especially excel, SAP or similar advanced ERP systems.
Excellent people management/leadership and coaching skills
Strong analytical, writing, communication and problem solving skills
