We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accountant whos having experience in construction field to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while also handling daily accounting and financial records for our construction operations.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and documents
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site staff
Support project documentation and submission
Record day-to-day financial transactions
Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Handle petty cash and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements
Office management tasks (stationery, bills, scheduling)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
