A leading interior design and contracting company with over 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality retail, office, and residential projects across the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
.
Maintain and update financial records using
Tally
and our custom ERP system (
Business Dynamics
).
Assist the Chartered Accountant (CA) with
VAT filing
and
early audits
.
Handle supplier accounts and ensure timely payments.
Communicate with clients and
follow up on outstanding payments
.
Prepare periodic reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of accounting experience in the UAE (interior/contracting industry preferred).
Proficiency in
Tally
and experience with ERP systems (Business Dynamics knowledge is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and filing procedures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
