Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Accountant

to join our Finance Department in a fast-paced

Food & Beverage (F&B) company

. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent financial reporting skills, and solid knowledge of F&B cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. Handle daily sales reconciliations, Z-reports, and cash collection tracking for outlets. Monitor inventory, purchases, wastage, and calculate COGS regularly. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, accounting standards, and internal controls. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and kitchen teams for accurate stock and cost reporting. Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and GRNs for correct documentation. Provide support to junior accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years of accounting experience

. Strong and extensive accounting experience, preferably in F&B operations. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
