The F&B Accountant with purchasing experience is responsible for managing financial records, inventory costing, and ensuring effective procurement processes within food and beverage operations. This role combines strong accounting capabilities with hands-on purchasing experience to ensure cost-efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all financial and supply chain activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record keeping
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Ability to prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plus

3-5 years of experience in accounting and purchasing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, procurement processes, and supplier management.
Proficiency in accounting and inventory systems like Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, or restaurant ERP platforms.
Good understanding of UAE VAT.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
