to assist in daily accounting activities, including recording transactions, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record
daily sales and purchase entries
accurately in the accounting system
Prepare and maintain
sales invoices and purchase bills
Handle
cash and bank transactions
Perform
account reconciliation
(Bank, Vendor, Customer)
Assist in
accounts payable and receivable
management
Prepare
VAT calculations
and assist with VAT return filings (if applicable)
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support monthly and yearly financial closings
Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups and clarifications
Assist the senior accountant and management with financial reports and audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
Basic knowledge of sales and purchase accounting entries
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential data
