dedicated and detail-oriented female Accountant

to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

accounting principles, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations

, along with hands-on experience in

ZOHO Books

.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax filings, and providing valuable financial insights to support our business decisions. Experience in the

business setup or company formation industry

will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, invoicing, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using

ZOHO Books

. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and statements. Handle

VAT and Corporate Tax registration, filing, and compliance

as per UAE regulations. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all company expenses and revenues. Assist management in

budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost analysis

. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE laws. Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations) for financial coordination. Provide regular financial updates and advice to management to support decision-making. Represent the company professionally when interacting with auditors, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:



Female candidates only.

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

(preferably in a

business setup or consultancy firm

). Strong knowledge of

VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

in the UAE. Proficiency in

ZOHO Books (Mandatory)

- must be mentioned in CV. Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience Required:



ZOHO Books:

Minimum 1 year (Required)

Accounting in UAE:

Minimum 1-2 years (Required)

VAT & Corporate Tax Registration:

Minimum 1 year (Required)

VAT/TAX Filing & Compliance:

Minimum 1 year (Required)

Experience in Business Setup or Consultancy:

Preferred

Salary:



AED 2,300 - 4,500 per month

(depending on experience and performance)
