Accountant (Male)

Job responsibilities

Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and management reporting for senior leadership. Reviewing GL Accounts and record all necessary accounting transactions. Preparing cash flow statement on daily basis to project the future spending and focus on generating the funds. Preparing monthly income statement and submitting to management. Assisting in audit with internal and external auditors. Monthly bank and intercompany reconciliation. Prepare and submit VAT schedules in accordance with tax regulations, ensuring timely and compliant filings. Perform comprehensive account reconciliations covering bank accounts, receivables, payables, and petty cash to ensure accuracy and compliance. Participate in periodic stock counts, investigate variances, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensuring proper records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Assist management with the yearly budget report preparation. Post all types of customer receipts related to accounts receivables. Create and communicate the customer transactions i.e. (invoices, Debit-Credit Memos, Commission, and statement of accounts). Trade spend tracking. Analyses financial data to support management in decision-making. Payroll checking. Prepare Scorecard.
Skills required

Minimum 3 years experience (Preferably in FMCG) Audit experience (Mandatory) Proficient in advanced excel Languages known : English (Preferably Hindi/Urdu & Arabic) Strong organizational, analytical and account reconciliation skills.
