Job Description

We are looking for a

professional Accountant with strong experience in Procurement and Supplier Accounts

to join our company specialized in sports field construction. The ideal candidate will handle purchasing, supplier coordination, payments, and full vendor accounting.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Supplier Management

Source materials and suppliers related to sports field construction (turf, rubber, lighting, civil materials). Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders (POs). Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, invoices, and materials availability. Build strong relationships with local and international vendors. Maintain updated supplier records, price lists, and contracts.

Accounting Duties

Handle the full accounting cycle related to suppliers (Accounts Payable). Review, match, and verify supplier invoices with POs and delivery notes. Prepare supplier payments, aging reports, and reconciliation statements. Monitor project expenses and prepare cost analysis reports. Ensure proper documentation for audits and financial reporting. Handle VAT input records, compliance, and filing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in accounting & procurement (preferably in contracting or construction). Strong experience in

supplier accounts, purchasing, and cost control

. Excellent skills in MS Excel and accounting systems. Good English communication skills. Hindi / Malayalam / Urdu speaking is an advantage.*
