Beacon Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
VAT Filing & Compliance
Corporate Tax (CT) Return Filing & Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
VAT preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
Corporate Tax calculation, filing, and documentation.
Monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
