Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting transactions including revenues, expenses, invoices, and journal entries.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and coordinate with suppliers and clients.
Review contracts, bills, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for all financial and administrative documents.
Support HR functions including attendance, leave records, payroll, and staff documentation.
Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations, and project contracts.
Coordinate between the accounting, administrative, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Liaise with banks and government authorities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Construction or Real Estate companies
in the UAE.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally / Focus / Excel).
Good knowledge of UAE financial laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(both written and spoken).
