Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting principles.
Prepare and manage
Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Quotations, and Proforma Invoices
.
Handle
monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor receivables, allocate payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Calculate tax obligations and
file VAT returns
on a quarterly basis.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
