Job Vacancy: Accountant - Printing & Packaging Industry (Ajman, UAE)
We are a leading printing & packaging company in Ajman seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 / month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations (journal entries, payables, receivables).
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
Reconcile bank statements & maintain accurate records.
Handle VAT submissions & ensure UAE tax compliance.Assist in budgeting, forecasting & cost control.
Follow up with clients for payments & contracts.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial workflows.
Support audits & liaise with external auditors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' UAE experience (printing/packaging is a plus).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations & accounting standards.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
