Job Summary:

Ziqar Car Care is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to manage daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing cash flow, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Process invoices, receipts, and payments; manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow. Manage payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.). Track inventory and coordinate with procurement to record costs and purchases. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts. Support internal audits and assist external auditors during financial reviews. Work with service and sales teams to ensure correct billing for services and parts. Suggest improvements in financial operations and cost controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or retail/service industry. Proficient in accounting related Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. Experience with inventory accounting and service invoicing is a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
