Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit
UAE VAT returns
on time.
Maintain daily accounting records for the gaming lounge, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
Track and reconcile
building rental income
from tenants.
Manage
petty cash
and ensure accurate documentation of small expenses.
Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and profit & loss summaries.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when required.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years accounting experience in UAE (hospitality, retail, or property experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT laws
and accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be currently in UAE and able to join immediately.
