Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Prepare financial statements and reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate with property and sales teams to maintain financial records
Requirements:
2-3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a strong advantage.
Real estate experience in Ajman is a strong advantage
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho)
Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
