Times Apparel Manufacturing LLC is a UAE-based ISO 9001 & 14001 certified company, specializing in premium custom apparel including uniforms, t-shirts, polos, hoodies, caps, and bags. We serve top clients across the GCC with in-house production, embroidery, and printing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Accounting:

Record and reconcile daily transactions in accounting software (Odoo ERP). Manage accounts payable and receivable. Handle petty cash and expense claims. Issue invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes. Follow up on payments from clients on due date Reconcile with bank

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Maintain up-to-date ledgers and journals. Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.

3. Compliance & Audits:

Ensure timely VAT filings and compliance with UAE tax regulations. Ensure timely Corporate Tax filings. Support external auditors during annual audits. Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

4. Payroll & HR Coordination:

Assist in preparing monthly payroll and related WPS submissions. Track employee advances, leaves, and reimbursements.

5. Inventory & Costing:

Work with production to track inventory movements and raw material costs. Support accurate costing of finished goods, including labor, fabric, trims, and overheads.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or trading company. Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo and Tally). Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and WPS systems. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills (English required, Hindi/Urdu a plus).

Working Hours:

6 days a week, 9 am - 6 pm (adjustable based on workload and deadlines)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
