We are looking for a meticulous and highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning to support business growth. Experience in the education sector will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely submissions. Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently. General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate ledger entries and verify journal entries for adherence to company policies. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance against forecasts, and analyze variances to support strategic decisions. Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings, liaise with external tax advisors, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. Financial Analysis: Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to drive business growth initiatives. Team Collaboration: Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the education sector. Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or Oracle. Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations.
