General Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and review daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
Prepare VAT returns and submit reports to the Federal Tax Authority.
Assist clients in organizing their accounting records and preparing financial statements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in an accounting role (preferably in an accounting firm).
Fluency in English
(written and spoken) is essential.
Valid UAE driving license
is
mandatory
.
Good knowledge of UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.
Proficient in:
Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables)
Accounting software such as
Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Al Ameen
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
