Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning to drive business growth. Prior experience in the education sector will be a significant advantage.

Location: Ajman, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely submission and adherence to accounting standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies. General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate ledger entries and verify journal entries for compliance with company policies. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance against forecasts, and analyze variances to support decision-making. Tax Compliance: Oversee tax filings and regulatory submissions, liaise with external tax advisors, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to support business growth initiatives. Team Collaboration: Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certification: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the education sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or Oracle. Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and financial regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
