We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations with a strong focus on stock management, cash handling, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and ensuring smooth interaction between the accounting department and other business. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and ledger entries Monitor and reconcile cash transactions, including daily cash handling and deposits Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory, coordinate with warehouse/store team to verify stock levels Oversee stock purchases and returns; ensure accurate posting of stock entries in accounting software Prepare financial reports and cash flow statements Reconcile bank accounts and perform regular audits Handle customer accounts, issue statements, and follow up on payments Address customer queries related to billing or payments professionally Support sales and operations teams with pricing, costing, and profit margin analysis Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail, trading, or stock-intensive environment Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cash management
