Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with UAE regulations
Prepare and record journal entries, general ledger, and trial balances
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and customer payments
Manage project-based accounting, cost control, and job costing for construction projects
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
Process payroll and staff expense claims (if required)
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filing and documentation
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required
Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, and financial records
Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
