We are a growing restaurant group based in

Abu Dhabi

, operating multiple F&B brands.
We are looking for an experienced

Accountant

with strong knowledge of restaurant accounting in the UAE to manage financial records, tax compliance, and reporting across our operations.

This role requires hands-on experience in the F&B sector, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for restaurant operations, including sales, expenses, and petty cash. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage

VAT compliance

in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, including VAT filing and documentation. Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer balances. Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, inventory, and operating expenses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external accountants when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations. Support management with financial insights and reports to improve operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or a related field

.

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the UAE

, preferably in

restaurants or F&B operations

. Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT laws and FTA requirements

. Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar). Good understanding of cost control, inventory accounting, and restaurant operations. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Professional communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus).
