Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Class Marine Boats Trading LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the company's financial health and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Support audit processes and prepare audit documentation.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and controls.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in trading or marine industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements.
