to oversee the financial operations of our contracting business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
banking relations, Letters of Credit (LC), Letters of Guarantee (LG),
and a strong foundation in
accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Maintain strong banking relationships and handle the processing and monitoring of LCs and LGs for ongoing projects.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, payments, receivables, and project-related expenditures.
Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
Support external and internal audits by providing complete and accurate documentation.
Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and project cost tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of LCs, LGs, and banking operations.
Proficiency in
SAP ERP
and
MS Excel.
Solid understanding of UAE tax and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
