Manage and record daily accounting transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
Monitor project-related expenses and maintain accurate cost records.
Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities when required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience in the UAE
, preferably within an engineering consultancy or contracting company.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems).
Strong understanding of UAE VAT and local financial regulations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
Arabic nationality preferred.
Strong command of English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
