Job Description

La Verde Group is a diversified organization based in Abu Dhabi, comprising businesses in property management, facilities management, and interior design. We are seeking a

professional and experienced Accountant

to handle the financial operations across all three companies within the group.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions. Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation. Handle VAT filing, WPS payroll, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or property management). Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
