Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle
student fee collection
, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
Record and reconcile
cash, bank, and petty cash transactions
.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and monthly financial reports.
Support management with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Ensure all transactions comply with institutional and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Accountant in a school, college, or training institute
.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
